Scope of the Service
Arka is a social communication app that, depending on the available features, allows account creation, private chat, participation in rooms, use of microphone, voice or video features, content sharing, games, and the creation or use of digital features such as protected names and rooms.
Some features may be subject to additional terms, prices, or usage periods shown to the user before the transaction is completed.
Account and User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account, for protecting your login credentials, and for all activity that takes place through your account.
You may not:
- Impersonate another person or use a name or image that suggests you are an official party or another user.
- Share, sell, rent, or transfer the account to another person without prior approval from Arka management.
- Use modified versions of the app, automated tools, or methods intended to disrupt the app or bypass its systems or permissions.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or rooms that you are not authorized to access.
- Use the app in a way that harms the service, users, or Arka's reputation.
Conduct and Content Rules
All users must respect others and must not use Arka to publish, send, broadcast, or share any content that violates the law or these Terms.
The following are expressly prohibited:
- Insults, abusive language, humiliation, bullying, threats, blackmail, or harassment.
- Serious abuse of religions, beliefs, or religious symbols, or incitement to hatred or discrimination.
- Publishing explicit or exploitative sexual content, or any content involving minors in an unlawful or harmful manner.
- Publishing other people's personal information without their consent, such as private photos, phone numbers, addresses, or private conversations.
- Fraud, impersonating management, requesting money in misleading ways, or exploiting users.
- Promoting violence, terrorism, crimes, drugs, or any illegal activity.
- Publishing harmful links or files, repetitive spam messages, or unauthorized advertisements.
- Violating intellectual property rights or using images, names, logos, or materials that you do not have the right to use.
Rooms, Administration, and Permissions
Room owners and moderators are responsible for using the permissions granted to them within the room fairly and respectfully.
A room owner or moderator may not:
- Exploit permissions to insult, blackmail, discriminate against, or harm users.
- Repeatedly kick or ban users in an abusive or arbitrary manner.
- Use room permissions to organize or publish content that violates these Terms.
Owning a room or having moderation permissions does not give any user the right to bypass Arka's Terms or management decisions.
Arka management may restrict or remove owner or moderator permissions in cases of misuse or when there is a risk to users or the service.
Reporting and Blocking
Users can report violating accounts, content, or rooms through the reporting tools inside the app or via the support email.
Users may also block other accounts according to the options available in Arka. The absence of immediate action on a specific report does not mean that the content or behavior is acceptable or non-violating.
Reports are reviewed according to their severity, available evidence, violation history, user protection needs, and legal obligations.
Administrative Actions and Penalties
Depending on the nature, severity, and recurrence of the violation, Arka management may take one or more of the following actions:
- Warn the user.
- Delete or restrict the visibility of content, a message, image, name, or room.
- Restrict certain features, such as writing, entering rooms, or using the microphone.
- Temporarily suspend the account.
- Remove moderation permissions or room ownership.
- Permanently ban the account.
- Delete the account, content, or related features as permitted by applicable laws.
In serious or repeated violations, such as threats, blackmail, severe insults, abuse of religions or beliefs, incitement to hatred, illegal content, or severe harassment, Arka may take immediate action without prior warning when necessary to protect users, the platform, or comply with the law.
Protected Names, Paid Rooms, and Digital Features
Purchasing a protected name, room, or any digital feature inside Arka grants the user a limited, personal digital right of use that may not be sold, transferred, rented, or assigned to others.
Protected names and paid rooms are not permanent or absolute property of the user.
All names, rooms, and digital features remain subject to Arka's Terms, community rules, administrative review, and measures to protect the platform and users.
If a user is banned due to a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, Arka may, depending on the case, take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove or cancel the protected name associated with the account.
- Delete or disable the room or remove its ownership and permissions.
- Delete or hide content associated with the account, including images, messages, published content, and rooms created by the user.
- Cancel remaining digital features associated with the violating account.
- Permanently delete the account.
Deletion or cancellation of a protected name, room, or digital feature due to the user's violation of these Terms does not result in any automatic refund or automatic compensation, while respecting any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
User-Published Content
The user retains rights to content they own, but grants Arka a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and technically transmit the content within the app to the extent necessary to operate the service, review reports, and prevent abuse.
The user is responsible for the content they publish, send, or broadcast, and confirms that they have the legal right to use and share it.
Arka may remove or restrict any violating content or content that is reasonably suspected to be illegal, harmful, or infringing the rights of others.
Privacy and Data
Arka uses the data necessary to operate accounts and the service, such as account and profile data, technical data, security logs, and content sent by the user, depending on the features used inside the app.
Depending on your use of Arka, the data may include message and image data, connection data required to operate voice or video features, payment data when purchasing a digital feature, and report and technical support data.
This data is used to operate the app, protect users, prevent fraud and abuse, process reports, provide technical support, and comply with legal obligations.
Subject to applicable laws, the user has the right to request access to their data, correction or deletion of it, restriction of its processing, or objection to certain types of processing by contacting Arka management.

Service Availability and Changes
We strive to keep Arka operating and available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
Arka may update, modify, or discontinue certain features for technical, security, legal, or operational reasons, while respecting users' mandatory rights where they exist.
Appealing Ban or Content Removal Decisions
When action is taken against an account or content, Arka seeks to explain the reason for the decision as far as possible, unless doing so could harm the safety of the service or users, relate to an ongoing investigation, or conflict with legal obligations.
A user may submit an appeal against a ban, restriction, or content removal decision within no more than six months from the date of the decision.
Support and appeals email: arka.live@hotmail.com
The appeal must include the account name, the reason for the appeal, and any supporting information or evidence. Appeals are reviewed reasonably, and the decision may be confirmed, modified, or canceled based on the outcome of the review.
Account Deletion
The user may request deletion of their account through the method available inside the app or by contacting support.
Arka may retain certain data to the extent and for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations, prevent fraud, handle disputes, protect users, or establish and enforce legal rights.
Changes to These Terms
Arka may amend these Terms when needed for legal, security, technical, or operational reasons. The updated version will be published inside the app or through an appropriate channel.
Continued use of the app after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated version, unless prohibited by law.
